Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 The lady seating in the front desk this morning holding her tablet crossed leg can’t even said good morning to me, I smiled and about to ask regarding deposit but she just ignored me and instead turned to her colleague and talk to them instead of entertaining their customer. To be specific she is still young than her other colleague thats behind the front desk. I think its a poor customer service from her. I went to Natwest instead.

Rating:1 Went into this Branch ( Wolverhampton, Queen Square) on 16/02/24 and stood in the que where you pay in / take out your cash as I wanted to know the date of when I closed my current account. I get to the front of the que and I’m presented with a blonde haired older rude lady! When I told my query, her response “Errrm, you have come to the cash desk, do you want cash?”. What the hell!! I was left gobsmaked! If you don’t want to work with customers then why get a job in this bloody field!!!!

Rating:5 Steph has been absolutely amazing at helping both me and my Mum with our accounts. She is compassionate, understanding and explains everything clearly, making us feel at ease when coming into the bank. Brilliant

Rating:5 I love it at Lloyds …the staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Stephanie… she assisted my partner and I when we came into the bank at Wolverhampton. She explained comprehensively and we were able to make the right choice . I’m very settled and satisfied with the services at Lloyds

Rating:5 My partner and I went into the bank for our appointment with Stephanie with very little idea of what to expect or what we were doing, frankly. We hadn’t visited the bank for several years and had made very few changes to our accounts in that time.

Why on earth would you ask if I want cash when I told you my query. She then told me that I need to go to the staff standing at the front for this query. My apologies that I didn’t know the set up of this branch!! I’m a customer who has not walked into the branch for 3 years, I don’t know the floor plan of your branch as a customer!!! To add, when I walked into the branch, there was no staff standing at the front door!!

When we arrived, Stephanie was extremely welcoming, approachable, helpful, and informative. We walked into the bank expecting a rushed, tedious process but Stephanie not only made everything we wanted to do totally straight-forward, she also spent much needed time explaining our options to us. The appointment was relaxed, accessible, patient, and we walked out of our appointment feeling relieved and more in control of our finances. We’re committed to visiting the bank annually now for the wonderful support and information we received whilst there. Thank you, Stephanie!
