    Lets people use their bank to commit fraud
    Such as Safreen Asmat Gives them cheque book and lets them rip off
    good business’s and does nothing about it. SHAME on you

    Wanted to withdraw cash so had to use cashier desk. Long wait, I started queuing at the door. Waited about 15mins before I got served. Only 2 out of 3 desks in use. 2nd cashier kept leaving her desk so that didnt help.
    People in que were getting visibly frustrated and 2 customers even made their feelings known. When asked why 3 cashier desks were not in use they were told computer didnt work. Staff were doing their best but I had exactly the same experience the week before so it wasnt a one off.NATWEST…this is a busy popular branch. Please sort these delays out as customers are waiting far too long before getting served. On another point I’m not a fan of such open plan cashier desks were everything is visible with such little privacy. When withdrawing large sums of money it can be seen by everyone, a bit more privacy and discretion would be appreciated.

    I only visited this branch to pay in a cheque and loads of coins using the self service machine. Sadly(!) that machine was not available and there was only one cashier behind the “counter” who was not keen to accept the cash, but she tried her best until the queue behind me reached the door! I had to sort a portion of the coinage away from the counter but was allowed to resume service once completed – while the queue remained back to the door.
    Maybe short staffed (covid??), maybe other staff too busy elsewhere (??) but altogether this was a frustrating experience.
