Rating:1 Hey everyone , this bank is totally horrible service, we have our account in this bank almost 5/6 years, working hard to get Morgage for our own house , they declared 2 time , without telling us resign, we are very hopeless to buy the house, all the money still coming in this account even high wages , in the end we decided to buy small house in cash , we see a house everything going ok with this when my Solister said transfor the money £ 81000 on Saturday , we went in the bank on Monday morning the lady (our panjabi girl) said she can’t do it she said your wife got only one name Anita (example) on password and driving license and in the account Anita Anita She totally refused transfer the money, I ask her kindly we need our money today, I have all proofs the account is our even we can open our online banking in front of them but the problem is this we can send only limited amount in one day , then I ask the lady if any buddy come with single name to open the new account are they op...

Cashier was not very nice, branch is very small meaning you cannot social distance and eventually have to queue outside which is not good when it is raining. Looking to open a Monzo bank account so can pay in cash at Paypoints as this branch is not open at times suitable for me in general.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Yesterday I visited the branch for assistance with a business enquiry, it was about 2pm and I was stuck without change for my new business. The two women I spoke to were brilliant, they actually wanted to help me, they tried their hardest, provided advice on how to deal with my situation in the future and were able to assist with some of my change request. So many banks are disappearing from our high streets and everyone is being pushed to online/machines I was just really grateful for having very good customer service. Thank you ladies for your help yesterday, you saved me a lot of hassle (just sorry I never took your names)
