0 You have already voted! Rating:3 I’ve held a joint account for 12 years which I opened at this branch. No real issues other than the difficulties with online stuff. It’s more of a secondary account anyway.

Mostly its been fine but l had a financial appointment which was very important against the backdrop of interest rate rises. The advisor was useless and kept giving answers such as “about this much and blah blah”. It was like he was drunk. I ended up taking my business to another provider. Overall satisfactory but one very very bad experience.

3 weeks deep into communication and paperwork on application number: NB18225904 to be turned down because i have an IVA on my personal credit file
Im sorry, but what has a Ltd business got to do with my personal finances when I’m trying my hardest to rectify my personal finances?
Again, it’s a case of just another high street bank making people jump through hoops just to be turned away.
So thanks for wasting 3 weeks of my time, I’ll take my custom to Cashplus, who, within the same day, has opened me an account for my Ltd business,
No wonder high street banks are disappearing quickly with their outdated structures and methods.
