Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I visited the branch recently for the first time in about three years. Not realising that cheques now have to be paid in by machine I needed some assistance. The lady I asked for help was disgusted at having to deal with me. She insisted I should be using an ap on my phone to pay cheques in. The only way the visit could have been any more depressing would be if she’d spat in my face.

Rating:1 On their Website saying will contact by call or email in 24 hours when you put an application, After Nearly 2/5 weeks nothing receive from them and today call them my self one of the staff just apology, So as business with NatWest its a big lie to all their customers and they should removed from their website “24 hours”.

Actually, the whole atmosphere was very welcoming from the first moment we stepped into the bank and were guided over the seats to wait for our personal banker, no more than 5 minutes. They helped us as if we were their first customers of the day when we went an hour before closing – sorry guys, it’s still Saturday for us! 🙂 thanks a lot!! We felt treated as human beings better than a number and that’s nothing a higher interest rate can beat! Very happy with our choice!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice and quick. The new style of high street banking takes a bit of getting used to though but they do still have counter service hidden round the back if it’s needed.

Spoke to Sharon, a Lady with 50 years service at Natwest.
All expertly sorted out in under 20 mins .
Normally do all my banking online but on this occasion the personal human touch was required.
