Rating:5 I have always been very satisfied with this Bank, but my review is relating to my experience of today, when I was endeavouring to open a new ISA account for the transfer of my expiring ISA on the 18th of this month. I needed assistance, as my tech skills need a lot to be desired! I spoke to Scott, who helped me considerably, talking me through what to do on line, and the whole matter was sorted within a few minutes. Thank you Scott. Thank you Paragon. I am also impressed with the % rate for this ISA, considering that 3 withdrawals per year are allowed.
