0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Came in here to change my address and the staff here were unbelievably kind and helpful! Usually I have bad experiences with banks, and I did have an issue changing my address (only by the fault of it being a new build, not Santander’s fault) but the staff here made it a breeze. Emma who was helping me, and her colleague Nicky who popped over to help were very supportive. I even ran over their closing time by a few minutes but I didn’t feel rushed and they were just happy to help, thanks!
