Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Went to withdraw some money today from my account. The women at the cashier till was discriminatory towards me based on my appearance think her name was Tracy. Even though I was withdrawing from my own account she asked where is the money from and who sent it and why do I need it. Never had this before ever and felt uneasy. Even though it was on the account reference. Other people withdraw money before me big amounts and did not get questioned the same way. I also went back to ask for a receipt as I realised she did not offer or give me one for my transaction told me she can’t give me a receipt to get a statement of my account from the atm.

Rating:1 Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. The old woman with the glasses (think she said her name was Elaine) is so rude and nasty to almost anyone who tries using the bank to transact any business. After waiting only to be told that the cash machines were not working, she overheard me saying “useless” and she told me to go to another bank. Her tone was disgraceful and appalling. She has no business being in any customer-facing role. She argued with another customer and demeaned her after the customer left in front of us who were still waiting for some sort of assistance and helpfulness. I am 40 years old and have been with TSB since I was 16, and honestly, if this is the attitude that the staff have towards their own loyal customers, the vile woman was correct, there are other banks, and I have no problem taking this complaint further and changing other banks. I have never walked out of a bank, after accomplishing absolutely nothing inside thanks to the unhelpful and abysmal atti...

Rating:1 Place is a joke! 2 cashier desks and one closed! What’s the point of providing half a service?

Rating:2 The younger staff are brilliant here. Unfortunately, there’s an older lady who is absolutely miserable. (Wears glasses).

Caught her saying a derogatory comment about a customer whom she finished dealing with and was walking out. Always looking for shortcuts to do less work. Rude in demeanour and speaking. If you don’t like people stop working in an environment that is customer facing.
Will take note of her name next time I visit.
