Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Came here today to attend an engagement function and was very pleased with the overall experience. Easy enough to get to from the M6 (I travelled in from Manchester) and plenty of onsite parking. Highly reccomended

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I have not had a good experience with these lot as I booked a Mehndi function and the guy did not allow us to come earlier to set up. Also he start shutting the lights as soon as it was closing time.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Messaged for price but no answer. Called a couple of times and eventually spoke to owner. Price agreed, so we arranged a viewing. On day of viewing, we got to the hall but the owner didn’t show. Called numerous times and they eventually answered and then said they couldn’t make it.

I was explaining how that was bad customer service and they should have messaged earlier to advise, but rather than listen to me or accept their mistake, they cut me off mid-conversation and the refused to answer my calls or messages.
Clearly the cowboys running this centre don’t actually want to hire it out. It’s probably a tax dodge that I’m likely to now report to HMRC.
They basically just threw almost £1k in the bin, just because they don’t know how to be polite to people and how to treat them with respect.
There are better venues people, so avoid these useless people if you can.
