Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Just wanted to say big thanks to Raj and team, for taking headache away and organising a lovely Lhori party. The food was anmazing especially the Lamb curry.

Rating:1 One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered, the food was absolutely disgusting, the owners of the venue were rude and unprofessional and did not own up to the promises they made prior to the party we hosted. This guy is only out for money and doesn’t care about his guests needs, the screens that we hired for £200 were near enough 20 years old and had a massive glitch and couldn’t even play our pictures correctly, when I asked the owner to put the brightness up on the screens, he refused outright! He is rude, arrogant and dying for cash. The hall was absolutely freezing and he refused to put the heating up until a member of the family asked him too, the manager and his wife made all guests feel uncomfortable and did not start our party until 2 hours later, he also did not open the bar until half 7 which was not what we agreed on. He also went up to the DJ and ordered him to turn the music off at 8:30pm, which is completely ridiculous!! Overall, the hall was freezin...

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We just held our daughters 1st birthday party at jewel conference suite and I must say the venue is absolutely impeccable. The decor of the venue is stunning in itself and very different to anything we’ve seen, definately a wow factor and a talking point for guests. The service we recieved from planning to on the day was second to none. I truly cannot fault the staff in any way. The food was through Jewel made by Mahesh Catering and it was delicious, came out hot and the waiters were very attentive making sure there were no empty trays. We recieved so many compliments the following day from our friends and family at how lovley the food and venue was. I would highly reccomend jewels conference centre to anyone for any occasion as you will not go disappointed. I look forward to having any future events here again as I fell in love with this hidden gem we found in Birmingham. Rating:5 Myself and my partner used Jewels Conference Suite as our wedding venue and from the very first day they had ensured they met all our needs from our chosen deco to head table to food. The management was amazing and ensured they took all our stress away and made our day perfect. The service on the day provided was great and couldn’t fault, the food was very delicious which our guests cannot stop talking about. Thank you to Jewels management and their whole team for making our day really special.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Good venue for a prewedding party. Decent size and has a balcony area for extra guests. Lighting is very colourful and there is also an LED dancefloor. The food is quite tasty however some of the staff were slightly lethargic. Overall a good venue i would definately reccommend
