The djs and catering was amazing one of the best ever caterers we have ever tasted. Nothing but compliments for the whole venue look, set up, modern and intricate decorations to fit your budget. Such a stunning wedding venue and so glad we booked this. Sikander and his team are brilliant and not a single hiccup. Even when we thought we forgot things at the venue they were in contact to make sure we had everything. So attentive and put their guests before anything else to ensure everyone had the best time. The Dj was so considerate and gave myself and the groom time to recoup after a long morning before starting our reception! So nice of him to do that and was so appreciated. This is the go to venue with such a modern look, beautiful decoration inside and a huge car park as a plus. I have recommended this venue numerously to others...

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 My experience at this banquet was disappointing and unpleasant. The food was of poor quality, and some of it was served cold. The management was also incredibly rude and unprofessional, which added to the negative experience. The DJ was also on leave, and a random person was playing music instead. The songs were outdated and not enjoyable, which added to the negative experience.

Why have a venue without sufficient parking?
Their guests block up the entrance to the estate opposite and block up the street. No regard whatsoever for safety or residents that live on your doorstep.
They have a parking attendant who must be blind (no offence to those with visual impairments who could probably do a significantly better job of managing the car park)! Can he see how vehicles are parking? Does he still get paid? Wonder what the JD specifies for his job
Residents pay a maintenance fee for the front of the estate. Guests of this establishment park all over the managed areas (see pics). Is a residential estate an extension of Samsons? Perhaps residents should weigh-in on profits?! Especially the poor souls who live at the entrance.
Residents have to wait over 1-hour to get onto their estate after a hard day at work. We are a microcosm of the M6 at rush hour! Make it make sen...

Furthermore, the strict policy regarding confetti was excessive and made me feel unwelcome. It’s unreasonable to threaten to throw someone out for such a minor thing, especially when they have paid a significant amount of money for the event.
Overall, I would not recommend this banquet to anyone. The combination of bad food, rude management, outdated music, and excessive policies made for an unpleasant and disappointing experience.
