0 You have already voted! Rating:3 The carpet needs a good shampoo and the toilets need widening and cleaning regularly! Shame this place is situated where it is. Parking is terrible. Keep an eye on your bar purchases. Often charged different prices for the same round.. by the same person!

Birthday event – Management refused to give us extra chairs for the additional individuals that’s came and we were told that there are only 60+ and there are 80+ chairs so no more chairs will be given. When asked if we could remove some table and chairs for a dancing area, this was initially refused. Therefore we started taking them down ourselves, management came in and started to take them down. We were called disrespectful for not leaving immediately when we were told to despite having to carry gifts to have to the car. We were made to leave at 1:45am instead of 2am that we paid for. Security kept refusing us to come in and out of the venue despite seeing that we were loading the gifts in the car. Heritage has been the venue for many family events and has always been a loved place for me but i was very disappointed and this has been the only and worse experience ive encoutnered and will not be using th...
