Came in myself and was well attended too. Had 3 hours until my flight and staff were attentive. Linda was very helpful and even let me stay when my slightly delayed even though standard 3 hours was up. Very attentive and helpful. No kids allowed which is a big plus if you have a couples holiday or even travelling yourself. One of the better lounges I’ve been in. The fish and chips was nice and also had the risotto. Can’t complain.

Waited for the other lounge for over an hour on the waiting list which still hadn’t cleared after 80 minutes despite the 45 minute guesstimate from the receptionist. Stumbled across ClubRoom – it’s a $15 charge with Priority Pass and let me tell you.. well worth it. Lovely welcome, great atmosphere and a fantastic menu. Champagne is extra but everything else is included, even champagne based cocktails. Rishi was an attentive and friendly server – 5 stars. I will made a bee line for this lounge every time I’m here in BHX. It was a real find.

On arrival you are shown a table and shown the menu. I arrived at 9:30 so I was just in time for breakfast.

The lounge is small compared to other lounges in the airport, it’s interior is a mix of blue brown and grey. Power sockets are limited, so you may struggle to plug your devices in when the lounge is busy.

The lounge offers free WiFi. It is unsecured. You connect through a login redirect page which requires you to accept the T’s and C’s and you are connected. The logged in speed is possibly throttled as Speed Test logged 20 MHz download and 0 Mhz upload speeds. Did not try streaming as I logged back to a secure connection!

Breakfast is from a menu served to your table so no buffet except for croissant and jam/honey (no butter) and a variety of juices. Note there is no toast!! Eggs Florentine was okay, the sauce a little bland and the spinach watery.

Overall a small quiet lounge with personal service.

Amazing food and a really nice place to stay before boarding. They didn’t have all the options that were available on the menu so some people were left without many options (Vegetarian). There’s a 15£ fee for priority pass but totally worth it.

It seems the staff is quite busy tho.

Excellent customer service and a much more peaceful setting as opposed to No 1 main lounge. £15 supplement to pay for Priority Pass cards. The breakfast was amazing. Wide selection of drinks to choose from. I would use again.
