   Went in. Got told we can tell the dj our recommendations. We had gotten up many times as the till the dj and the toilets was on the opposite side of the lounge. We went too the till four times since the waiters wouldn’t come to us to ask if we needed anything. The first time we went we asked for menus. Second time was to pay for our food. We also had to go as the waiter dropped our mouth piece when placing the food on the table and the last time was too pay for more drinks. We went to the dj too give recommendations. The second time we went the owner told us we’re walking around too much which to me isn’t a problem as you have to walk from one place to another. He told us to stay in our seats. Is this how you talk to customers? So we told him cool we’re going to the toilet then we’ll return to our seats. Whilst we was at the toilets he told the bouncers to kick us out.    Great location for shisha. Good music as well.

   Could do with a waiting area where we could have drinks while waiting to be seated.

   The staff were friendly but note that there is a mandatory purchase of a shisha when you enter. As such it is not an open bar to attend. Drinks were expensively priced and shisha was good but we have had better elsewhere. The place was modern and elegantly furnished. We would consider visiting again.

   Great interior but need quite significant amount of training in customer service skills. No doubt they have great food but Host was quite rude . Spend nearly £250 between two of us as we ordered many food dishes , they gave us a tiny table which hardly hold our Shisha and drinks only . We did ask them if can get one table next to us which was 4 seated table as there was no space for more food to come . She rudely refuses saying that’s for only 6 guest . we can clearly see it’s 4 guest table . But at end when servers can’t adjust food on our miniature table with miniature of Host service , good soul Server , she moved us to not even 4 seated table both in 8 seater Booth because our food and drinks could fix that table according to her . No that’s what I call a service according to guests needs . She should the Host not that egoist lady. But all food was nice .    Beautiful venue!! Polite staff, amazing (strong) cocktails and good music playing. We didn’t have hot food as they don’t have fish on the menu but the fruit platter was really good and actually complemented the shisha! Will deffo be going back plus the hubby wants to celebrate his bday there now lol.
