Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I’ve been meaning to visit No.1 for such a long time and made it eventually. I was pleasantly surprised. It was quite busy with a nice atmosphere. We ordered paninis with tea and coffee. Which arrived in good time and I must say I throughly enjoyed mine, it was fresh and tasty and a smashing cup of coffee. Tea was served by a pot. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. A gem of a place.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Well cooked breakfast/brunch. The menu is small but perfect for the size of place and I’ve not had a bad meal. Sociable atmosphere and clearly a number of regular local visitors. The staff are pleasant and helpful, I just wish I’d seen more warmth and familiarity with all the customers: as a small local place it would make such a difference.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Busy breakfast spot. Went for the veggie breakfast, which was ok – I have had worse. Coffee ok. Two staff, one in kitchen, one on counter. Friendly and welcoming but things moved slow with the volume of orders (there appeared to be phoned-in orders being prepped for collection/delivery too). I ordered a second cappuccino which never materialised, but at least I wasn’t billed for it

Naughty
Food is always delicious,and reasonably priced,staff very friendly.
The owners have made a lot of improvements inside and outside.
My husbands says it’s the best cider served in the area.

For drinks, the teapot is a lot larger than at other places, and she gave me a refill for free. I’m definitely coming here again 🙂 5 stars!
(For those looking for the drinks menu, it’s on the hidden side of the breakfast menu on the wooden board.)
