Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Popped in for a drink and some food with my partner and could not have exceeded my expectations more! The guy who served us, i think his name is Josh, was so attentive and friendly. He made our experience worth it! He even helped out in the kitchen as they were so busy. His a great member of staff i do hope he gets a pay rise, tjey would be lost without him!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great local pub. Plenty of parking space as well as disabled parking. On entry please remember to input your car registration at 1 of the 2 screens provided inside to avoid a penalty charge. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Pub grub menu (big breakfast is great) plenty of choice. Bowls green to the rear. Sports on TV if you like that kind of thing. All round good place.

Went both times for breakfast, once they messed the orders and they said that is what i ordered when i had not, checked on the computer after and confirmed was their mistake so i had to wait another 20 min for my breakfast. And then yesterday again asked the lady in the morning for the eggs to be well done and they were as shown on the picture, she is very unbothered and uninterested when taking orders, cannot mess up always when you only have two tables in the morning. Always a minimum of 25 min wait for the breakfast.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great choice of food at reasonable prices. Staff are always warm and friendly. Lovely family environment, to take the kids for a nice reasonably priced meal on those days when you can’t be bothered to cook.

Cleanliness is far from from good, the tables are always sticky and the dust as shown.

Been here before and had good experiences but this time was appalling. Arrived and ordered our food, took over 45 minutes for it to arrive and it did so before our drinks (which after some chasing up had somehow been lost), only then to find items we had ordered had bits missing because they were out of stock (without telling us), they did offer a free drink or pudding as curtesy after we complained, which on its own took 30 minutes to arrive. Not once did anyone apologise for the inconvenience.
