Showing 5 reviews Rating:3 Have to say the barber wasn’t particularly gentle (and they use corded trimmers so you’ll often get face-bashed by cables) but he was quite focussed on the job (unlike other places where barbers are often distracted chatting to each other and neglecting their client).

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I came here with high expectations. I came out putting on my hoodie. Extremely dirty and the fade took 10 years and it still wasn’t good. High price for a dusty trim. DO NOT GO HERE

When I was getting married and when my groomsmen came over from the U.S to get a trim, Johnny was brilliant. The first time my son got his hair cut, Johnny again was amazing. Johnny your level of consistency is amazing and your service has been great through the years. I truly recommend any one needing a great trim to stop in Johnny’s New Image. 100% recommended.

Didn’t dampen the hair beforehand but proceeded to buzz away at most of it first whilst still dry. Got a decent trim, sharp number-2 all over and tidied up the sides and back, dampened only at the last part for scissor action. Total amount £20 (which wasn’t on the price list) but they spent a good 20 mins on the job.
There’s TV playing with screens up around each booth, although many times they’re obscured by the barber moving around.
May probably go back again if I’m in the area, but am willing to try others out.
