Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 First visit here and was pleasureable experience came for kids skin fade cut, lovely, friendly staff, but mainly like to THANK above all VERY HONEST staff member who informed me I gave him too much money. I respect him for that, didn’t get his name but am sure he knows who he is. I will be visiting again. Thank you once again. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been a regular customer at Trimz and Fadez in West Bromwich for over three years, and my recent experience was extremely disappointing. Despite my usual barber not being available (in his absence there is always a lack of discipline as he seems like the guy with authority), I trusted the other barbers who had cut my hair before. However, I waited for over 90 minutes with three people in the chair and three more waiting in front of me – which I’m happy to do so if fair and just. After 80 minutes, it was finally my turn to sit in the chair, but two barbers conveniently left to go to the shop. Upon their return, another ‘customer’ who arrived later than me was seated ahead of me with no explanation or communication.
I was patient, thinking it wouldn’t be much longer with another barber close to finishing. However, my frustration grew when another customer walked in, and the barb...
