Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Had an appointment booked today, received a confirmation email and reminder text, went to the appointment and no one was there. After waiting a while, a staff member from a different part of the store approached me and said the Karan has been off sick and thought all of her appointments had been cancelled. I had nothing to tell me this so wasted my time getting to the appointment and parking costs. Really disappointed.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Fantastic experience today at the Benifit Counter in John Lewis, Solihull. Debs did a great job tinting and waxing my brows. I loved the way she mapped my brows and took great care and attention at every stage. Her product knowledge was brilliant and she shared lots of helpful hints and tips about make up and skin care. I am already booked in already for my next appointment!

She noticed my skin is very dry and recommend some products which have shown an immediate improvement in my skin! I can not thank Debs enough xx
