Showing 5 reviews Rating:2 I am currently on my 12th full body laser session at Laser Clinic Solihull and still experiencing significant hair growth. Despite the hair becoming finer, I need to shave every five days, and the hair remains quite noticeable and is everywhere. Very disappointed…so far, I have found only Ikra and Sadia to have been thorough and professional; other staff members often rush through sessions, leaving gaps on the body.

Completed the online form at home, got to my appointment and was required to complete the form again eventhough the girl on reception said she could see on the system I had already done it. I was taken into the consultation room and the therapist explained she was leaving the door open due to no one being on the desk. I was then asked all the questions I had already answered on the initial form and then told I couldnt have the patch test as they had already turned the machine off so would have to come for a follow up consultation. The whole process has left me frustrated and not wanting to return.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Very hit and miss. I have been going for laser hair removal and have found that whether the treatment works is dependent on who does it. In my opinion Alex is the best. She has done my treatment twice and takes her time to make sure it is done properly and is very thorough.

The clinic’s approach to customer service is troubling, especially considering I have spent over £1000+ with them- not a small amount! During a recent payment confusion, an elderly foreign technician became quite aggressive and unprofessional, which is unacceptable given the amount of money I’ve invested. Ikra, however, handled the situation calmly and pleasantly as it should have been done. Many friends from Solihull have sadly reported similar negative experiences with this technician. Manager needs to have a word or change as is completely unacceptable to be treat...

Most of my appointments have not been thorough and missed areas that were part of my package as well as a lack of proper safety precautions like goggles!
However – the couple of sessions I’ve had with Sadia have been so thorough and she always asks about treatment progression and how you’re finding your results! Very knowledgeable and by far the best therapist at this clinic – will only be having sessions with Sadia from now on!
