Rating:5 I am very pleased with my experience at Marie’s Hair & beauty Salon, all staff made me feel at ease as they all have a sense of humour and made my time there very entertaining, I loved the fact that the stylist was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was talking about. My hair was braided very comfortable and the finishing product was fantastic, it has surely given my confidence a boost, I would highly recommend attending this salon.

Despite this, I still had to wait nearly an hour for the hairdresser to even arrive, during which time, a customer that came in after me was attended to. I’ve had my hair done here a few times, and I often find myself waiting even when I booked in advance.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 The individual talent at this salon speaks for itself. What’s let’s this establishment down is its customer service and diary management. I made an appointment 2 weeks prior and on the day had to wait 30 mins before I started. This timing was critical due to a work commitment. They did do they thier best to rectify and result was lovely.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Very professional, pleasant, polite ladies. A clean and a very welcoming hair salon environment. I got a full frontal done with 3 bundles in half the time I have at previous salons. The install is very tight exactly how I asked for it and styled how I wanted it and I am very happy with the services received. The pricing was good as well. I recommend this salon to my beautiful ladies who would like their hair done at a reasonable price. I am a 1st time client and they made me feel very welcomed from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. They took my booking with not even 24 hours notice. I have found my perfect salon finally.

I feel that if the salon is taking bookings in advance, they should make sure there are staff ready to attend to the booked-in customers. Otherwise, what is the point of the booking process?
The hairdresser who attended to me was unnecessarily rough with the combing and generally cold and dismissive.
I don’t think I’ll be coming back. They really need to improve on customer service and organisation.
