Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I had a terrible experience at Solihull Nails today. It was my first visit, and I went in planning to get both a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure alone cost me £43 and it was subpar; one of my nails was buffed too much, causing pain. Additionally, they didn’t use BIAB as I had requested and just applied a normal color. When I inquired about the cost for BIAB nails for my hands, they quoted £47. I decided not to spend another £47 and went to another nearby salon where I got the same design for my hands for just £32, saving £15. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 I’ve been to Solihull Nails a few times and had good experiences, however my most recent visit was very disappointing. The staff were quite rude, laughing at their customers or just sitting around on their phones. The nail tech who did my nails was rough and my fingers/nails are very sore afterwards. Whilst my nails came out looking nice, they are not what I wanted, despite showing a reference photo. I didn’t feel comfortable enough telling the staff I wasn’t happy with the service as I wanted to pay and get out of there asap! Definitely not worth £50! I will not be returning.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I always have a lovely experience here and find myself always coming back here as I get way better nail retention and service in general from Solihull nails! I live in Nottingham and wait to come visit home to Solihull to get my nails done- no better place!

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 They make beautiful nails and the place is new but the nails barely last. By the time I had to go and do in fills I was missing 4 nails. They started to come off on sides after two weeks. Never happened to me before, so will be going back to my previous place

Great experience! I had a mani pedi spa with an infill and a colour change. It didn’t stop there I was given a complimentary hand and arm massage!
I was seen at the time I booked didn’t wait at all. The lady that did my nails Lili was very polite and really good! She listened to what I wanted and created the exact shape length also gave me lots of colour options.
I got in and out in 2h, very speedy service! And the place is constantly being cleaned.
Would recommend the salon in a heartbeat.
