Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Worst experience ever. The lady with the glasses was so rough with waxing my eyebrows that it left me with lumps on my whole face. She was so messy with the wax itself there was wax all in my hair and all over my clothes. And it cost me way too much than i thought it would. Worst salon ever .

Rating:1 Went in for eyelash extensions as id never had them before so opted for the ‘Celebrity ones’ for £18 to see if i liked them before going on to the Russian style ones, they looked lovely and i was told how to maintain them and when to come back and get some infills done. 2 days later they were falling out and i had to go back and have them soaked off AND pay £5 to have it done which is disgusting! I was told they would last at least a week and a half to 2 weeks! Not 2 DAYS. Having said that i still proceeded to ask about an appointment for Russian lashes only to be told rather sheepishly that they weren’t doing them at the moment and just doing the ones id had in…. I don’t believe this for a second i think she was just lying because she didn’t want to do them. Walked out after paying my £5 feeling like id been ripped off and will NEVER go there again.

I had recently got lash extensions done and the lashes started coming off the next day. Didn’t use wash on my face for 24hrs like they said. It should last atleast 3 weeks. It is so disappointing. Please don’t visit this place for lash extensions, they don’t know what they are doing or using.
