Showing 5 reviews Rating:2 The nails I got (acrylics) were done really well and I had paid a lot more than I usually would. However, after only having them for a week one snapped, and then after 8 days I had 4 fall off. I’ve had acrylics before and have done what I did with my others, nothing crazy or nothing that could be hard on my nails and these weren’t good. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Paid £35 for a set of acrylics for them to fall off within a week. They were poorly shaped to begin with and I had to file and reshape them myself when I got home. When I left there was nail glue stuck on my fingers and underneath my nails which was hard to remove and uncomfortable. Also I had been double booked and had to be moved to a different lady who continued to do my nails. This place is very unorganised and I won’t be going back again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Worst nails ever! Gel is touching my cuticals, nails are all different lengths and shapes, smile lines are crooked. Didn’t listen when I said I wanted them short. For a woman (Joan) to say she has done nails for 22 year’s I think she needs to go back for more training or retire! I have now had these soaked off after only 3 days due to the pain and ugly look of them and to think these cost me £40. Avoid this place like the plaque!!!

I went to a different nail shop to get them soaked off and they laughed at how poorly they were done. They didn’t really have to soak them off as the remaining few nails popped off when they were filing them down.

Unfortunately, this salon was a terrible experience and has put me off getting my nails done. Not only was she was a hour and a half late and didn’t apologise for her punctuality,
She filed my nails slanted and painting wasn’t up to standards as it wasn’t filled in properly at the edges!
My friends gel nails were rushed and her skin was filed which led to bleeding and polish was applied half way up the nail and again the nail wasn’t filled in properly !
The customer service was rude as she was late and never apologised for filing my friends skin.
Not worth the money avoid this salon!

This was a terrible experience
My Daughter had been bought a Voucher for Christmas.
I had never used this salon before, having never heard of it tucked in at the end of the High Street next to the Masons Pub.
We arrived on a Thursday afternoon around 4.30pm
The Staff were finishing 2 ladies nails and seemed annoyed to have to do more nails when the store is advertised as open until 6pm
The place is very compact and very messy and i had to squeeze in to wait.
My Daughter is similar to many teenagers and has had her nails done many times,
She chose to have Acrylic Nails,The quality and finish was low and her nails had bubbles in the surface and she had lost one within 3 days and all but one had fallen off within 8 days with her removing the last herself. They had none of the normal hand care of other salons, No Cuticle Oil or trimming, pushing back of cuticles.
The fitting was rushed, rough and wonky.
I would not be returning to this salon!!
