Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 This was a last minute stay as I was attending a conference in Solihull and my prior arrangements got cancelled. Great room. Easy access. Close to the Solihull centre and my conference venue. Great shared kitchen. Perfect for my two nights.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Was a 3 night emergency stay and although it’s not the height of luxury, it was well maintained, bed was more than comfy and the host exceptionally polite and friendly. I’d happily go back the if needed to!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Perfect for our needs. We had room 1 which had tea/coffee facilities, toiletries and fresh towels. Comfy bed and very clean. Parking was ideal right outside. Would definitely stay again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Can’t beat it for the price. Very affordable with wifi, cooking facilities and help-yourself breakfast options. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. £35 per night for an ensuite room is excellent value and you won’t beat it in the local area.
