Great location for my office. Lovely well furnished room with everything I needed for an overnight stay

I booked this b&b because I was attending a convention at NEC. It’s only a 2/3 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which was really convenient. The room was pretty quiet despite being on a dual carriageway and next to the airport.
My room was spotless and had tea and coffee making facilities. There was plenty of room for clothes. The bathroom was also spotless and really nice!

Friendly welcome and clean comfy rooms. Breakfast was lush too!

Would be very happy to return. Friendly service. Clean, warm and well set up rooms. Breakfast was just right. Lovely garden. Thanks 🙂

Really enjoyed my stay here. Comfortable, clean and the rooms were huge, downside to that is the rooms can be cold. Fair price. I would use again.
