Dirty, poor communication, broken bathroom, pool of water in the floor, disgusting kitchen. No appliances for us host to maintain it either.
Horrible.

The best place to stay in Birmingham. Excellent customer services, rooms are nice and clean , staff are friendly and helpful. Event venue is open space for big events. Great thanks 10/10

There’s no words to describe this place but the staff was brilliant funny and one in a million I will definitely be going there again guanteered enjoyed been there atmoshere was brilliant recommend to everyone who books there…..be the first to see great ……ACE…..EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT ….SPOTLESS ….

Nice place. Clean rooms, and attentive staff. Good facilities and the showers were brilliant!

You get what you pay for. Decent enough for a quick layover. My room was ice cold though, even with the heating on
