Communication was very poor. When I arrived I had to wait almost an hour because no one came to the phone or the door. When I was brought into the room, I was given a key with a number on the key fob for questions. Since I had to work I needed WiFi and tried to reach the number a few times. Unfortunately, without success the next day either. Unfortunately I forgot my key in the room and had to have it sent to me. The accommodation sent it to me in Germany, but apparently made a mistake with the address and didn’t specify a sender. I was subsequently refused any contact by email or telephone. I don’t recommend it, especially if you’re in Birmingham on business. The room was okay but very cold because I couldn’t ask how the heating worked and there weren’t any instructions on display.

We went as a couple to watch a Concert in Resorts World Arena. The location was perfect, just a 15 minute walk. The hosts were friendly, helpful, chatty and so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. There was ample parking, CCTV in operation.
The accommodation was quirky but we loved it. The beds were comfortable. The place was spotlessly clean. Microwave and fridge too. The bathroom was enty big enough for the two of us and the shower was lovely. Big cubicle, hot water and fairly powerful. The garden was beautiful, lots of room, pretty and had an outdoor iron table, and chairs. I highly recommend this place to stay. It has got all you need for a short trip. 10/10

We had booked in as we had attended Crufts. The location was close by, and local to the NEC and the airport, albeit it was situated under the flight path.
The accommodation is actually just an insulated shed/summer house which has been converted into a bedroom with a very small en suite attached. Although clean, it was cramped with not even a chair to either sit on, or put a bag on. There was no wardrobe, or hangers and I had to leave my clothes in the corner of the room, on the floor.
The bathroom plumbing left a lot to be desired. On first glance, it looked ok, until you saw the old tea towel wrapped around the radiator to stop it dripping, and the bottom of the shower cubicle was coming away. Once in the shower, the water did not drain away, and the tray began to fill up. There was no chance of having a leisurely shower, as to do who would have flooded the small bathroom. The toilet plumbing seemed to be attached to the shower plumbing, so when the toilet flushed, the water came up...

An unexpected treat to discover self contained chalets tucked away in the gardens. All have en-suite with extra comfy beds and unusual decor. Amazingly a teapot and toaster are included in the extras! Very friendly welcome, replacement breakfast provided as leaving at 04:00am! Planes very close by, but did not disturb me, and would prefer this to a modern hotel any day. Taxi to airport was £7:00.

Great for the NEC and airport. The place is nice but in need of a clean. The shower tiles had some scale and needed to be cleaned. The room was nice with lots of nice touches. The bedding had some stains so for value for money I have dropped the rating. Breakfast was excellent but again but cleaning let it down.
