Got an amazing bike that needs some repairs (that they will cover when the mechanic is back) for better than a bargain. I love it and will recommend to anyone needing a bike ! Support them!! Brought the bike back to check the front wheel after a month, again the staff were incredibly helpful and checked it over while I waited. I can’t fault the service or the bike. I’ll definitely be coming back to get the bike serviced or traded in if required.

Rating:2 I travelled very far to let my child choose their bike and they received the bike, the tires where not pumped and the guys seemed friendly and gave the tires air pumped etc.. half way travelling back home the tires were deflating so the tires had a puncture in which cost me additional money to fix. After two weeks of using the bike the brakes completely broke down and fell apart. Since then my child has not rode the bike and this was in October Last year. Very disappointed. Next time lets say i will be sticking with my instincts and ordering a bike from a store that offers warranty.
