Scammers. Ordered a bike which they told me after wasn’t in stock but still took my money. Asked for a refund and they just ignore you. DO NOT order from this scamming company with a show room that doesn’t even exist as well!

Avoid buying off this scam site! Multiple issues, firstly had the wrong bike sent to me. I’ve only ridden it 4 times and there’s multiple issues, brakes not aligning, gears slipping and two flat tyres which even Halfords and two local bike shops cannot fix. So I’m left with a bike I can let ride
I’ve tried emailing, calling and the site live chat with zero response. I’ve seen them reply on here saying the bloke running it doesn’t speak good English. But that is no excuse for customer service, hire someone to do it for you! AVOID

Said 2-4 day delivery. Well over a week later still nothing an ignoring emails. Says shipped but no tracking number. I will be contacting bank for refund

Ordered a bike online and was sent the incorrect bike, and the bike they did send has dodgy welding’s, so much so that an actual bike shop has told me it would be unsafe to ride. Have tried multiple times to contact for a refund and to send the bike back but to no avail. They do not respond to emails, and do not answer the phone.
Unfortunately it seems I have been scammed.

Really pleased with my bike quick delivery had to build it but didn’t put me off only think I would like is more tracking info on order
