0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Needed a fair bit of work done to the bike, the staff talked me through everything that needed doing and did a superb job. The bike rides like new again. Fantastic shop, very friendly staff, good coffee and very good cycling club.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Bottom bracket lock ring unscrewed itself while out on a ride, thankfully just half a mile from this shop. 10 minutes later having removed the cranks, replaced and tightened all was well again. Saved me from getting a taxi back! Will be back for a proper service.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 It’s changed a bit since Covid for the better. Looks great in there. Had my rear mech serviced a few years ago, which they couldn’t sort. I then had to take my bike to red kite. I left a very poor review.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great and effective rapid repair to get me back on the road. Bottom bracket failed at weekend so took it into the shop on the Monday to ask that they get me back on the road asap. the ceramic bearings would take a whole to get so the mechanic fitted a steel bearing race for the next week to get me riding again, and will fit out the higher spec ones when available. Excellent service and on a day when the shop is normally closed. I couldnt have asked for better.

Got me out a mess today I got two punctures on the canal and he was local so had to push bike to the shop top guy very helpful and got me back on the road within 30 mins i was so gratefull to for him…. and he didn’t even a charge a premium for the emergency repairs and as he was busy…. top guy and thank for today

Went in there today, 3 May 23. New staff, a fresh new attitude and approach to customer service. They swopped my snapped chain and did a quick check over. Absolutely superb customer service.
