Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Took my bike for service and breaks repair. The bike is now like brand new. The people working there know their craft and are very approachable. No issues whatsoever, highly recommend. (Previously took my bike to Halfords to change a flat tire and they broke my breaks)

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I visited the Birmingham Store for hybrid bike. The Stuf was very cool and answered my questions patiently.The store is a good collection of varities of bikes and accessories.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I’ve bought 2 quite expensive bike there (Brompton). And I’m not that picky about service… But this might be one of the worst client service I’ve seen in the U.K. I have issues with a recent purchase; and they basically accused me of lying about where I bought it. Unfriendly staff, they gave me the feeling I was bothering them.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Took my bike in for a sliver service and they were very helpful and polite towards me which i do respect that. When i came down to collect my bike they oiled,greased and cleaned everything it was like a brand new bike. This was my first experience with these people and i will be using Evans Cycles for all my future biking needs. Thankyou Guy’s.

They fitted me with too large a bike but obviously not wanting to take it back convinced me it was the right size for me.
Then the problems started. Took 3 trips to the city centre and at the end they sold me some wheels at half price. Sorting this bike out has made me into a bike mechanic. I can do gears, wheel bearings, sprockets, chains, cables, shifters, brakes, alignment and spoke work.
Thanks for the push to training but I will not be back.
