0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I bought the Bike from Fred last year. After a year, I had an issue with a rear mech. As it was under warranty, Jon expedited the warranty replacement, and in no time, the Bike was on the road again.

These guys were happy for us to swap bikes using Giant’s bike exchange program. This allowed a customer our way to get the correct size bike and not have to wait 20 weeks for a fresh delivery.
