Showing 5 reviews Rating:4 Overall good. I asked them to replace my cables and front derailleur they charged me 45 pounds but did the job well. All my gears are working perfectly. Bought front and back lights also. Good service but found it a little bit above reasonable

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Friendly knowledgeable staff family run business has good stock of new and second hand bicycles suited for all ages. Quick to give a reasonable quote for parts and labour. However not set up to repair 3geared internal hub gears. Regardless of this Grove cycles is a proper traditional bike shop with great bicycle mechanics and a relatively quick service depending on how many repairs they have going. Very much recommend this traditional cycling shop. Thanks for great service over the past few years

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I brought my bike in for a service and a change of tyre. However they pointed out a number of other faults that required attention. They completed the work and the bill was very reasonable. He recommended I change the whole wheel as it was faulty, on the invoice he did some other adjustments which he didn’t charge for. I also had a new seat fitted to the one he recommended it was money well spent . Overall they performed fantastically well they advised me before starting work and I was aware of the price they called me when the job was complete and it was a great job. My bike is better than new ! Thanks so much you guys are great.I highly recommend these guys as its good support local and a shop that has been in the community for years !

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 It was so difficult to get hold of a good bike in London. Tried Halfords and Evans but long wait times. Grove got me the bike I wanted and delivered to me, built it and set me up on it. Great service and reasonable price! Hashim is the owner and oversees all the sales to make sure everyone is happy!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Grove cycles are great. I ordered an expensive bike which they gave me a discount for as I was a first time buyer and I really cannot fault their service. Staff were really helpful and assisted with everything from set up to accessories. I have been back several times and always received the same great level of service. I was due to ride the 100 and discovered a flat and hole in my tyre the day before. The staff were amazing and fitted the new tyres for me even though it was after closing time. They didn’t charge me anything other than the product cost. Aftercare was brilliant. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Definitely care for customers. 🙂
