Visited the shop to get some advice on bikes for my son. Very friendly and helpful service. Felt like they genuinely cared and even delivered the bike as it would not fit in the car. An extremely happy 9yr old equals happy parents and a life long customer gained.

Went in to get a part for kids bike. Got part in minutes and even offered to repaor the bike of the part doesnt work. Excellent service

Bought bike and accessories for my son. Thanks god independent shops like this still exist! Wonderful service , very knowledgeable staff. Always happy to help and advise even some time after the sale. I would highly recommend it!

My dad bought his Raleigh M Trax 1000 in 2000, sold by Hately cycles. Really good bike, I’m 14 and it’s still going strong today, now being used by me. no faults, and if I were to buy a new bike, I’d recommend Hately cycles providing quality bikes.
