The first time I went, there was a female member of staff who was very knowledgable and took the time out to run through the different models and specs helping me to decide what bike was best for my needs, but unfortunately they had no stock at the time as I was ready to buy.. Went back there a couple of times lately and on each occasion the tallish guy with the half a mullet on his head would rush conversations and tell me to go online and compare specs and when I asked him technical questions about the bike I was interested in “Ermm maybe” was ALL I managed to squeeze out of him.. 0 You have already voted! Rating:1 VERY GOOD AT SELLING YOU A BIKE. ALL SWEET TALK. BUT WHEN IT COMES TO AFTER CARE. THEY COMPLETE RUBBISH. ITS LIKE THEY ARE NOT INTRESTED. RANG A FEW TIMES IN WEST BROM STORE FOR A HUB CHANGE. “OH WE DONT HAVE ENOUGH TECHNICIANS”. YOUR A BIKE SHOP. NOT A CORBER SHOP

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 My 4 week old ebike would not switch on. I didn’t buy the bike from Leisure lakes but they looked after me and did everything they could to fix the problem. From phoning them to driving 30 minutes there I think my problem was fixed within a couple of hours total. Could not have asked for a better experience and will be taking my bike here for all servicing in future.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Wanted to pick up my single pair of socks, I had an issue with my drivers licence, called the store to ask if I can provide alternative methods and they were refused, for a pair of socks!!! Absolutely incredible . Never will shop here again.

Rating:5 Took the opportunity to use my works cycle scheme to purchase a new bike, staff at Leisure Lakes West Brom were extremely helpful in advising me which one to go for. Collection day came and the bike was set up perfectly, with the accessories I’d bought all fitted. Had the bike just over a week now with no issues at all. Needless to say this store will be my first choice from now on.
