0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Although there is a great selection of bikes, what impressed me most was the fantastic service I received, in particular from Dan. Not only did he guide me to what is the perfect bike for my riding and aspiration, the extra knowledge he shared really helped. And what’s even better is that it didn’t stop when I left the shop. Also thanks to Adrian, who did the bike fit, even though it was slightly different to how I’d normally set up a bike, it feels so much better now I’m riding again. Highly recommended.

After assessing a few options proposed by Adrian I went for a custom build with a new frame and using existing parts from another bike. the team at red kite made the process hassle free whilst giving me advice and confidence that the final bike would make me grin (a lot). it hasn’t disappointed. :-). absolute pleasure. Thanks Adrian, Dan and Nick.

Great looking store, nice to see all the new bikes in the showroom complete and ready to go and a nice selection of quality accessories.

Test rode a 2023 Domane AL 5 which felt perfect. Ended up purchasing a 2024 model which they had in stock that just needed building. Advised bike would be ready to pick up the next morning and it was, perfectly tuned and ready to go.
As a bike mechanic myself I appreciated the advise, knowledge and experience.
