Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the service that I have received at this store on many occasions. The staff are knowledgeable and patient and have helped me to get myself up and running and out on my bike.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 The bikes have great specs, are well made and competitively priced. That said, I was most impressed with the absolutely brilliant staff in the store. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional; especially Alex and Mark. They go above and beyond to find you the right bike and then the post-sale support is second to none. Won’t be buying bikes from anywhere else for a long time.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great place to visit. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was great chatting to the guys and seeing top of the lines bikes. They are pretty unique in terms of selecting custom colours and essentially building the bike you want. You can also ring them and talk to and see an expert in the warehouse. Great experience to make the right decision if you are buying an expensive bike.

Nothing but problems from the beginning of my purchase to now.
– Additional vat tax they didn’t tell me about until it was in the states. $500
– di2 shifting not programmed right. Needed to bring it to the shop.
– 2 flat tubes on arrival. Switched to tubeless anyway.
– after aprox 20 km of riding, the battery failed and ribble can’t help since warranty is with shimano. Such a process.
Terrible customer service for each issue. The best they could do is pay for local shipping or give 5£ for tires. Not a company u want to relay on when buying a £4000 bike. Should’ve went Lynsky for my titanium.

I called in the Mailbox store due to being in Birmingham on business and met Ed. What a nice guy, chatting about the range, the new Ultra, frame details, the in-store bike fit, my current bike and cycling in general.
I live in the North West and have previously dealt with Preston, I am intending to go to the Clitheroe showroom soon but I must admit I am considering going back to see Ed when I place my order, maybe you should transfer him to Clitheroe for the day (purely selfish idea obviously ).
Well done Ribble, nice store and knowledgeable staff, I will to a store very soon…
