Received my bike back today after a few issues I had with it and it honestly feels brand new like I’ve purchased an entire new bike staff very helpful and kind can’t fault the service would recommend to anyone

Excellent shop. Really helpful staff and polite staff. Will never go to other well known bike stores again. Could not recommend highly enough. Thank you.

After taking my bike to Halfords three times and getting nowhere decided to try my luck with Russel Cycles and wow the difference… Got my bike back same day, kept me up to date and explained and showed everything for me. Definitely gained a customer.

Received my bike back today after having quite extensive repairs and replacement parts fitted etc. – It was in a bad state when I took it in but now it basically feels brand new. I’m really happy with the service and would recommend them. I will be returning when I need more repairs. Also seem to be a good selection of bikes for sale. Thanks again!

So good. The lady discussed my issue with me and helped me decide to get a new back wheel. The guy put my disc brake snd cassette on there and then and i was off. Recommend these guys to anyone.
