His knowledge of all bikes is second to none and his prices are great value for money. If you are looking for a new bike I recommend you drop in and have a chat with Paul first before you go anywhere else, he will point you in the right direction with no hard sell because he really is a genuine character who is passionate to get people riding bikes!! 0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Initially took my bike to Halfords for a service and repair, which they ended up making it worse. Took it to damn dirty and the guy went though everything with me and told me what my issues are. Gave me a rough price and was done very quickly. Highly recommend very friends and know what he’s doing.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 The Guy just true my wheel smoothly. I went first to a big company shop but after checking the condition of my wheel they just said we don’t have a truing stand. What a lame reason having a big bicycle shop without a truing stand. Lol but I was lucky I went to this guy who truly loves his work and passion in bikes. Thank you so much sir

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Only can say new bike and setup perfectly. Just found a seat adjustable part broken it and they have sent out the replacement part immediately! Thanks Paul delivered the bike to my place (take around 3hrs another 3hrs back to home…) also, Carl is helpful to keep messages the status for new bike delivery and replacement part states. I will introduce my HK bike friends if they are looking new bike or any bike services.

Bought my genesis road bike from here 18 months ago and never once had a problem with it, ran smoothly and was really a great bike. Unfortunately the front wheel was stolen while I was away, along with the disc brake and hub. Took it to Paul who really is an expert with bikes and clearly has a great passion for them. Got me fixed up in 2 days and gave the bike a full service, now running like new again. Anybody looking for a good bike shop in Brum this is the place to go.
