Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Needed same day repair for my rubbish brakes that kept failing. Bought it in and they did what was promised, as well as some other adjustments so I wasn’t a danger to myself and others on the road. They even gave my poor rusted chain some TLC. I’d recommend to anyone.

As we are unfamiliar with bikes, we were concerned that we may be overcharged or sold something unsuitable if we went to a well-known high street chain store. However, we were recommended to try Sprocket Cycles. One example of a great experience was when we bought a bike for my daughter. They listened to what we needed and gave us several options with unbiased advice. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive bike; the one we chose was the most suitable for our daughter. Since then, we have returned to purchase bikes for my son and myself. We wouldn’t buy from any other shop!

I had a puncture in my tyre and wheeled my bike the nearest bike shop – Sprocket Cyles. I asked for them to show me how to repair the puncture. They said they would take a look and that I should come back in 90 minutes. I went and waited in Digbeth. When I returned, they had replaced the tyre with a £40 tyre, instead of showing me how to repair my tyre. I was made to feel foolish and embarrassed to have asked for their help. After telling me how much the new tyre would cost, I asked if they had puncture repair kits so I could practice on the old tyre. These were available at £3.
They then told me that my rear wheel was buckled. As I did not know what impact this would have on the bike, I asked for an explanation and what I should do about this.
