0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Went to 2 different Halfords, couldn’t fix the issue due to parts availability, looked up Ted’s Cycles on Google. Checked the reviews and brought the bike for Ted to have a look. Was very knowledgeable, knew exactly how to resolve the problem and the direction to go if a certain part could not be obtained (as bike was 5 years old parts were difficult to obtain/compatibility issues). The completed job – fully fixed bike, great maintenance advice, very pleased, Thanks Ted’s. Great job would definitely recommend.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Just had a really fantastic service and experience fro Ted’s cycles today. Bought a second hand bike two months ago. It required a new minor part on the gear change handle. He not only ordered the spare part on line but the whole gear changer and kept it until I could bring the bike back into the shop for fitting. The best bike shop and service I’ve come across. Thank you.

good mechanic and an experienced rider. His expertise extends from basic bikes to those of a much higher level. In addition to this, his prices are fair. On a slightly less positive note, “Ted” communication isn’t as good as it could be; he doesn’t seem keen on using WhatsApp and then tells this customer that he had trouble making contact. You’re a good mechanic, “Ted”; now it’s time to be a good communicator too.
