0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Great bookshop if you are not disabled and a wheelchair user as upstairs is totally inaccessible. I know it’s 2023 but this store has no elevator to access the upstairs part of the store which unfortunately holds my favourite genres. Therefore I can’t really use this store which is a shame but tbh this isn’t the first Waterstones store I have had trouble accessing.
