Talking about bar experience only, didn’t go bowling. Service was flat and unenthusiastic. We ordered a cocktail and it was terrible, some kind of ready mix without any ice or mint leaves, we had to ask and she just chucked a leaf in as if to take the piss. Wouldn’t recommend drinks here. Don’t know about how the food tastes but prices aren’t cheap..

We go for the arcade, but that is bowling and a place to get some drinks. The arcade is good, Absolutely here for it however, I’ve gone to better arcades. You don’t win much in these arcades. It’s unlikely you go in there and win something good. Even with the tickets, you don’t get many. You end up spending a fortune and coming out with something that would cost you £1. That said, I was recommended for kids because it’s fun to them. I’ve gone to the bowling alley, therefore however, I have had to change lanes because it has stopped working. But it was sorted very quickly. That is seeing areas for each bowling alley. It’s clean too! I would recommend going there for a fun evening. The claw machines and the 10p machines are not worth it. Try to stick to the racing and shooting games for moneys worth. There isn’t a lot there, But enough for a small family to have a little bit of fun.

Had come along with my family for a relaxed evening out. Played a couple of games and we were having a good time overall. However, during our last game of pool the security walked up to us stating very rudely ‘ I want you out in 5’ claiming it was closing time. This happened about 5 mins after we had paid at the bar for a new game of pool and the bar staff assured us we had time to finish our game. The security guy’s attitude completely ruined our evening. If he had asked us politely to wrap up our game or told us it’s getting late, we would still have understood. Instead he was rude and when we told him we were told we could finish our game by the staff he responded, ‘ I am the security guard here, you should have asked me if you guys could play’. The place needs to hire better security people who understand customer service and basic etiquette on how to talk to customers and phrase their language. If you can’t train your security to talk...

***RECOMMENDED***
Very good experience for the kids, not overly busy like starcity. Hence, if you want to go somewhere a little quieter, then this is the place. The bowling itself had no queues it also had a good selection of games and arcades.
There is a halal Dixy close by not the best, but as the saying goes, beggers can’t be choosers.

First time visit and went at a quiet morning ish time with the Mr and loved it. Played pool too. Quiet and calm. Wouldn’t go later in the day as it’ll just be rammed.
