This place is disgusting. The staff are rude and act like they don’t want to be there. There is only one good manager and he’s leaving soon. The one lady manager (H that’s her initial) needs to be sacked she hasn’t a clue on what’s she’s doing,hospitality she doesn’t know what that means. This place needs new staff and definitely new management. There was only 2 staff members who knows what they are doing (k that’s her initial also D Initial ) always willing to help with a smile carnt replace these girl’s

Decent little place. We didn’t part take in bowling itself but we did how ever use the arcade which was good, isn’t amazing but takes cash not like the one on the second floor that’s card. We had food and a drink for a family of 3 for £30 can’t grumble at that. Will definitely be back.

I visited the Hollywood Bowl at resorts world today, and I have to say that we were very happy with our experience! Friendly staff and lots to do, would happily return.

Nice and clean environment! I didn’t play bowling, I played pool instead. I booked to play bowling at 5pm but when I got there they said I didn’t book it The toilets are hard to find and I had to wait a while for service. ‍ They have a big variety of arcade games there as well and I am in love with the Cadillac table!!!!!!!!!! So cool

Very pleasant place, new and clean, great ambience. The minus is – not enough staff ( maybe just happened to be one of those days). I felt sorry for the only man, who did his best to serve everyone, he was brilliant, very polite and helpful. Definitely will be back again. Great place to visit with your family and friends. Also, lots of restaurants and shops around.
