Showing 6 reviews Rating:5 I took my dad out for brunch today to celebrate his birthday, and the staff made our experience truly memorable. They were genuine, helpful, and kind, going the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Brunch was terrific, and we had a lovely first-time experience! The food was delicious!

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Me and my husband came here for brunch. I had the avocado toast which comes with sourdough, 2 fried eggs, smoked salmon and a side salad. I also got some halloumi on the side as an extra. My husband got the Lekker plate which comes with scrambled eggs, beans, chicken sausages, french toast and fresh fruit on the side. Everything was presented nicely, tasted good and came out timely. The only problem we had was finding a spot to park. Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely come again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Lovely small place, decor is tasteful. Can be busy, so service was sometimes slow. Full English was amazing, love that there was fruit on my plate. Potatoes were a winner!!! Smoothies were decent. I do think it would be nice if we could swap the brioche for sourdough. Would come back! Parking is difficult to find.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 I was disappointed to find that oat milk was an additional cost. It’s frustrating when dietary requirements result in extra charges, and I believe that inclusivity should not come at a premium!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Such a shame! We left and asked for a refund. Waited half an hour for a latte and water, the water never came after asking twice. The food was still not out after 45min and there were lots of people waiting before us so we ended up asking for a refund and leaving. The music is too loud to talk

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 This was my first time visiting, the food was impeccable and tasty. The atmosphere was calm and I had a great time with my family. The owners was so welcoming and even gave us extra sourdough bread.

During my recent visit to Lekker Cafe, I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the French toast was delightful, and the atmosphere of the cafe was quite pleasant, contributing to an enjoyable ambiance.
However, the service left room for improvement. The waiter was not very communicative and seemed to lack the attention to detail that enhances a dining experience. Our food was served haphazardly, without consideration for who ordered what, which led to some confusion at the table. Additionally, the food did not arrive simultaneously; my meal was served a significant 10 minutes before the rest of my party received theirs.
While the quality of the food was good, the service aspect did not meet the same standard. I believe with some adjustments, Lekker Cafe could provide a much more cohe...

The parking was not an issue, there was free parking up the road.
I would DEFINITELY be coming back.
