Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 They need to more careful about ticket updates,I had my flight to catch and the coach was supposed to be 17.50 and I waited 20 minutes no updates went to speak someone there is no one to speak so how can I know about my bus is it coming or not? No update about it also because of this I had to book a Uber,I cannot risk my plane for this, hope they will do for something for this now I paid around £20 for my Uber and ticket for my bus, the worst experience ever

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 We got thoroughly lost trying to find our bus for the return journey to Allesley, mainly because the bus station is a strange shape with more than one entrance and we’d headed off in the wrong direction.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Pretty rough around the edges and quite bleak really. Has busses going to London and further afield. At least it’s got a roof so you won’t get wet if it rains but it doesn’t feel very safe.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Not worse. Nice and organized bus station in the heart of Coventry. Every bus scheduled here very nicely including Birmingham buses servjces and the national coaches as well. Everyone can get direction easily wherever they wants to go. There is cycle parking site available so you can park your cycle there and take it back. The sign and direction is also visible and some shops is there also. Overall nice bus station.

Luckily we found some helpful staff to guide us to the correct stop although I was a bit worried because I had inadvertently made my ticket live so only had 20 minutes to actually get on the bus.
We were making our return journey just as all the school students arrived so the bus station was pretty busy. It was very noisy!
Plenty of hard seats available whilst waiting and wide areas for easy access for wheelchair users, prams etc
