I opted for the classic milk tea with tapioca pearls, and it was exceptional. The tea was perfectly brewed with a balanced sweetness, and the pearls were chewy and fresh, adding a delightful texture to every sip.
The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a quick service despite the shop being quite busy. They were also helpful in suggesting popular flavors and accommodating special requests.
Overall, Bubble Ci Tea exceeded my expectations with its high-quality bubble tea and excellent service. I highly recommend it to any bubble tea enthusiast!

We went to oracle mall, reading and the girl who was taking the order was racist.
As soon as she saw me looking at the menu, she has the cunning/weird smile which she was passing to her colleague. She took a wrong order and when I asked to correct it, she was again looking at her colleague and laughing.
It was very rude of her to behave like that.
You dont enjoy your food if you get a bad service.
