I wasnt quite sure what boba would go best with my mango drink as I am quite new to ordering them and the staff were happy to help in choosing them after I had asked for their preference…they suggested passion fruit and i thoroughly enjoyed it!

Rating:1 Today we was standing in queue for drink when casiers told us they not gonna serve us because they close at 5pm (me and some other people was in queue before 5) and its not first time that we wasnt served at before 5. I would suggest that you change the the times official as it can seem very dishonest to your customers by stating you close at 6 but instead you close at 5.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is purely because there are no seating arrangements for it.

I ordered through Uber and assumed that the drinks came with popping Boba in them as it’s a bubble tea place, but you have to add that as a topping separately, which I was a bit disappointed about. I understand if you have to pay to add extra bubbles, or different flavours and additional jelly, but would just assume that the regular drinks have the boba in it already!
One of the drinks we ordered also had a hole in it and had leaked when the driver handed it to us, and then due to the sealed pressure of the cup it popped and couldn’t even be drank!
I called in to the shop and explained my issues, and the person on the phone was very helpful about the situation! He specially came out, despite the shop closing, to deliver a range of popping Boba to add to our drinks and also replaced the one that had popped!
Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend if you’re in the area!
