Had a lovely experience with Sufwan Ahmed. He explained the whole process to me and my family. Sufwan was really patient with us and very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated his service and hospitality

Brought a car from Nottingham branch for £20000 and developed a braking fault in the warranty period. I was directed to use the West Brom branch to have the warranty work done and after multiple visits the issue still isn’t resolved and now I am being ignored by the branch, every time I have been given a courtesy car the car has had a fuel light on and I’ve had to fill it up on leaving the dealership just to get home. Seems Arnold Clarke will try to make life as difficult as possible in the hope you take the car elsewhere and pay for it to be fixed at your own cost.

Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Sufwan Ahmed from the West Bromwich branch. I purchased a vehicle for my wife in October 2023 and was so impressed with the efficiency of service, that I returned two weeks ago to purchase a vehicle for myself. Not knowing what I wanted beforehand, Sufwan helped me narrow down my choices and make an informed decision on my new purchase. He was patient and gave me all my options. Throughout the deal, he kept me informed on the progress and responded to me in a timely manner. Working in sales myself, I could not speak highly enough of the quality of care I received and I would strongly recommend a visit to Arnold Clark West Bromwich for anyone looking to buy – please ask for Sufwan Ahmed!

On my second car from this branch now, couldn’t fault the service at all. Davian is fantastic at his job and made the whole process easy and enjoyable, if I could recommend anyone it would be him!. there were a few minor cosmetic issues with the car I asked to be sorted before I took it which they did sort everything ide asked with no hesitation, he kept me update, even offered me to pop in whilst the car was being prepped, Easy to get your car in for a service and mot, if there’s ever any issues they have the car in and sorted pretty quickly.
I’ve been badly stung in the past with dodgy car dealers and I can honestly say I trust that Arnold Clark do look after you.

Popped in to look at cars as this name is synonymous with quality and appear to provide good examples of cars. Now they have some lovely albeit rather expensive automotive works of art. I thought it was slightly weird to only get one key at a time but the sales team didn’t seem too bothered and just passed me keys to cars without any information or advice etc. The next day l called a branch to ask the pertinent question in relation to the warranty and l was left rather perturbed by the casual “The cars have a 60 day warranty ” so suffice to say l feel for the steep prices they are charging it should be at least 3 months but 6 months would be more befitting of a company that has been trading since 1954!. I feel that is poor and l wasn’t treated in a way that l should have done. With an estimated annual turnover of over £3 billion they can do much better.
